another market for bubbachenille

On Sunday I braved my first market for the year. It started out very overcast and gloomy and cold too would you believe. I thought winter had come early. With grandbabies visiting, they were unprepared for the cold weather too. The stallholder next to me, aunty moo, had a spare velvet tablecloth that made a beautiful blanket for a baby!! Note to everyone who ever visits Toowoomba, no matter what time of the year, be prepared for a different season to the one you are actually in!! Otherwise the day was a promising sign of things to come, maybe we aren't heading towards a recession. (dirty R word!)

I think there were about 40 stalls, not bad for a January, it will only get better! My new canopy worked a treat too giving me lots more hanging space

Nice canopy Bubba Chenille - it looks like a real shop - good for you to brave the cold Toowoomba weather.

I'm going to do my first market this year. It's great to be able to read other blogs who already have it all in check.
