Am I on Earth ?

Isn't this ghastly ? I feel like I'm on another planet 45 minutes from Brisbane.

Views from my front and back doors and house closed up securely !

Off to take my antihistomines!

Could be red by the days end if the predictions are right. Stay indoors.

It's no better here either. We're all in the same boat I think.

Just seen this on the BBC news. Looks awful - like a scifi movie set ... and those winds ... blimey. Sending best wishes from the UK. At least it's a good excuse to stay indoors and make stuff.

Sydney was glowing red like it was on fire this morning, everybody was walking around with masks on (except silly me,who doesn't have them for the ready like everyone else.Clearly i must have been the only person who didn't anticipate such a thing.

Hey Miriam! Wednesday was bad enough, but to cope with it all weekend again has been really icky up here on the hill!! NOT looking forward to the spring clean the house will need when the wind and dust eventually settle -SIGH! Hope you've survived at the bottom of the hill and that your expo this weekend went well despite it all!! Bear Hugs! KRIS
